NEPA walk to Beach, where I did 3x max reps neutral grip pulls on the HT timer.
Walked back with three .1 mi accelerations.
Running felt really tight in my lower back. Would have done this yesterday morning, but my right achilles tendon was painful - maybe from walking around Disneyland in Converse, maybe consequential tightness from RDLs. Felt okay today though, just the back bugging.

No time to do anything at lunch (doctor's appt) or evening (sissy's birthday dinner!).
