Biked to Beach park, did 8 rounds of underbar horz pulls/chins on the Horse rail before Dew showed: 19 mins of stretching, drinking water and with 10 mins doing those pulls. The ride was 27 mins total to Brighthouse hill, 24 mins back in Dew's bubble. 13.8 mi, 49 mins moving time, 16.8 ave.
10 run ups on 1.40. Felt great today, light and fast.

Brick BRB Brighthouse Mohawk/Calloway - July 28
Last chance to ride the Parkway before it's open to traffic, took it from Mohawk to Calloway, to Riverwalk for 10 run ups. Not really able to push a big gear today - maybe a little dehydrated from roofing Dew's shed yesterday. Doesn't help that I'm in the habit of going with no water bottles in the brackets, and the freeway didn't sport any water stops. Just a few hot rods out there for a photo shoot on the way back.

10 sprints on 1.40, first couple felt a little tight, but then felt smooth and powerful. Nearly felt like full rests, gonna have to start trimming the RI bit by bit going into the fall.
