Backyard, no 40 yard area, so I just subbed in chins. Cleans at 145#, Chins were 3's and 2's, strict. Rounds on 2.00, didn't do the work for speed.
Gotta wrap the thumbs with tape before doing this many cleans - I always tear between my knuckles there.
