531 2c Squat - Mar 17

Everything's so easy on paper.

Looked at today's numbers and was surprised to see 290 as the max today - expecting over 300 - as I'd reviewed this double at 295 from December today, and thought that a single at 290 would be easy cheesy. Although I did consider swapping tomorrow's overhead presses to today, to allow for another day of recovery from Friday's squatting. But then I realized that a thought like that one could only be coming from someone else, meant to be heard by someone else. I don't like those someone elses. They're pussies who can't man up and just do what's on the schedule.

Even though I got 3, stepping in after a very-heavy-feeling 260, I was just hoping to avoid dumping in the open rack. Focused on pushing the diaphragm out into the belt for a more solid core.
