31 mins to the hill (12.9 mph, 70% pe), where I ran nine tight, crisp and strong repeats. Run up, walk down in 1.40; including .20 leftovers at the bottom before starting the next. Focused on dorsiflexion and a quick turnover. Feeling powerful. All week felt like I was overreaching a bit, so I'm either developing better recovery, or I'm gonna pop like gas-filled roadkill during c week. Find out on Monday.
