7.31 precisely ties a previous best from '09. Thrusters felt downright stoopid light at 95#. My problem is breathing during the pullups. If I deepen the conditioning reservoir, I can do much better here. Butterfly pullups would help the time on this too, but fuck those. Broke the pullups down into 3's there, which goes to show that doing 3's during training will show up as 3's on game day.
8.5 - 2 hours - 2200/0630. 8 minutes total, PE: 10. 24 hours.
