think I'm going to try to work at 55% for BBB. But I got the bright idea to just raise the max until the 10 rep sets move up into the 55% current range. Wouldn't hurt to move more weight during the what-are-supposed-to-be-heavier efforts anyway.
New settings:
Squat: 285
Press: 160
Dead: 290
Bench: 325
I hope to max in 3 weeks and reset all these numbers. Damn that squat max anyway.
