AR Vernal Falls - Aug 10

Is exercise a compulsion when you describe a hike in Yosemite as an active rest day?

Hiking with the girls, and feeling the over-reach in the legs from squatting two days ago. Just a relaxing day-hike up above Vernal falls halfway to Nevada, where we broke from the trails and crowds and did a little swimming and sketching and bow-making. Making up for lost time with these kinds of experiences.
