BrB to Brighthouse hill sprints, took the new Parkway while it was still closed to traffic. Pretty
fun, riding in the fast lane on the wrong side of the road. 26 there, 28 back. 14 mi, 15.8 mph.
10 run-up reps on the hill. Got out of bed feeling sore and clunky and neck-kricky. Arrived at Brighthouse feeling stiff and like I should only do 5 reps. First three at 70/80/90%, then they felt great.
