Was taking the day off, but got antsy.

AM
250 single KB swings w/ 30# (125 each)

PM
... a few Black IPAs at Sequoia Brewing and some rudimentary stretching.

8.5 - 2 hours - 2230/0800. 24 hours. 10 minutes total, PE: 6.
