4x10/12 ext/curl. 5x5 deep deads @ 225#. 5x12 A-frame calves.
If you can't grip it, you can't lift it. I dumped the 5th set of deads at 3 because … because I didn't hold it. Not couldn't, just didn't. Finished up the set, but it's a grip thing.
30 minutes of work.
