Buy in: 4x20 hyperextensions with 10# ball/4x11 burpees - hey! I'm working those burpees into my warmup!
3x12 leg curl/3x12 seated calves.
Main set: 5x6 deads @ 225#. One rep better than the last time I worked at this weight, and grip felt solid. Last time, I recall having some real trouble hanging onto the bar.
6 hours/42 hours. 32 minutes of work; PE: 6. 219/14.
oGWICn: Day 22, 44 burpees.
