I think my body is petitioning for a cube, or a CF 3/1 GWM breakdown, or something like it, as that's the only stimulus that I'm surviving that elicts a response. Heavy and basic/Bodyweight and movement/Explosive and/or steady state. Then a day off.
Just thinking here, not scheduling. Yet. But I'm seeing myself amending the written schedule on the fly, and that's my red flag here.
