At first blush, I want to worry that I'm not eating enough on this IF/calorie count. But then I realize that a lot of days I'm eating over 2500c, and even though I'm under 3000c on the over days, I'm thinning out and I'm still hitting my numbers this round. Stronger with less fat - think I don't want to do any worrying about this. Probably going to carry this over through one more 531 round to the new year (when we'll institute a fresh cycle with power-endurance).
