It's a new late-in-life PR. Used a belt today for the first time in a long while. I'll be using it everytime from here out. Also, I'll be doing more DL for reps - want to stay away from really heavy stuff as I don't want a hernia blowout or back damage, and I want to do some CNS/fiber recruitment. So, my thinking is more 5RM work and an intermediary goal of BWx20 this year.
