EXP says that I should be Squatting/CL, but as I missed a day this week, the perfect Friday slot for that evaporated. So, just staying loose. Front squats loosened up in the third round - it's an AM session.

Wide grip Curl (x7)
25 mins.
9 hours - 2100/0600. 25 minutes total, PE: 7. 18 hours. 229/15.
