Squats felt right today for the first time since Scottish games. Some phantom heat-pain in the right knee, but everything was working. Nice and loose, hips and back doing work all the way to the bottom of the hole. I give credit to the hamstring focus of late, and the buy in.
Not squatting a lot of weight, but starting over doing full reps, that's priceless. Especially in a gym where even arm work is all done as partials.
