531 2d Dead - Somebody Stop Me - Apr 2

No IF today - refeed week continues. Almost no workout today. It's deload week, you should take a day off ... here or there. Took the lunch hour off, but had an open night and ended up at the downtown bodyX. I don't know if I can take a day off. I just get too antsy. Compulsion.
Mighta shoulda done Helen tonight. But no metcon, just worked into tomorrow's deadlift a day ahead of time.
