Squeezing a quick one in today. Buy in with 3 ghd with the 10# ball/reverse pushups. 5 Ext/Curl with up to 205#/105#. 3 thrusters at 115# - these felt heavy. Cashed out with seated calves 21/15/9 @ 140#.
