8 reps of the Illinois Agility run. in 19-20 each, on 2:00. Just enough rest to keep things moving ... 2 mins is good. 8 reps was just enough too. I'm slow.

Dymanic Push Ups – 10 reps
Rest 5 minutes…

135 lbs Back Squat – 5 reps
Pull Ups – 5 reps
Posting it here as a reminder because it sounds like a good one. Instead, went to Gamestop with Kdawg and enjoyed the afternoon.
