Woke up Sunday morning with a really sore right hip flexor. Was still able to kick the bag and swing the bell, but Monday morning I couldn't touch my toes. Shuffled Press day forward, but today, there wasn't any way to get down to bar level to Deadlift. Got a haircut during my workout time instead. Keeping a hot hand warmer on it today and hoping for the best tomorrow.
