531 6a Oly Squat - May 6

Restarting 531 with last cycle's numbers, save for a reset on bench, which we tested last Wednesday. High bar back squats will use the 5-rep numbers from my pre-knee-shiteness.

531 Squat
Testing the right knee, which feels unnaturally thick within the mechanism. No real pain today though. Very careful to keep the weight over the heels throughout. Dropping all the way to the bottom of the hole on all these.
