531 5a Bench - Feb 26

For the first time in years, I got up this morning, shut off the alarm clock, and curled back up in bed. Just more tired out than I should be. What's the deal? Anyway, normally we start the week off with Squat day (see yesterday's balk and Cl day). This seemed like a good solution today, and, as Deppen loves the bench and wants to work on it but hasn't had a chance to do anything for a week, a good way to just get the week underway and delay the pain. Wednesday-Friday will be Squat/Press/Dead though, which might fit nicely into a new structure if I'm doubling down on Thursday nights. Press this week would mesh with rowing and striking. A dead day would twin up next week with Cl assistance work.
