Had a weerd day. Skipped lunch, felt unraveled within as I was laid off this morning. Nothing like packing your office into boxes to bring forth despair, hope, sorrow, regret ... and, for those of us who walk the iron way, a desire to bend the bar a bit as a reservoir for grief.
