Let's get right to it. Biting the bullet and throwing aside the remainder of this 531 cycle. I'm stalled, and I gotta admit it and adjust rather than stubbornly going into a C week and doing something stoopid. So, here's to 3 months of HT and power-endurance work. Outline to follow.
Composition assessment:
In terms of body composition, I'm back to where I was three months ago. Four pounds lighter (not an issue, just notation) with 1.5" more around the middle (which I do take issue with). Added an inch around the shoulder. Everything else is pretty much right back where it was.
If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always got.
