Missed a couple this (deload) week, just putting two together to try for a max. Wanted to dead first, but all bars in use. Bench didn't feel good in the shoulders at all today - poor warm up all around. That. and I'm just tired for whatever reason this week. Near miss with the flu? Maybe. Deads just felt ... dead. No try for a new max today on it.
