Run 400m, 20 Push ups, 20 Squats: 5 rounds.
Just a Susan Double Distance. Ran this one on a treadmill at 1.5%; 6.6 mph/6.8/7.0/7.2/7.4 speed on the rounds. 16.45. The runs felt like rest, until the speed started kicking in.
Cash out: 4x11 burpees. Gah, they took 7.42!
