20 hyperextensions with 10# ball/10 feet to bar/15 burpees (8 on last set)
4x 9-10 leg curl/10-12 calf raises.
3x 7/8/9 squat cleans with 103# (jr bar). Cleans felt great on the last two sets. It's mind over matter, mostly - save for the cumulative effect of all that other work sapping all of my strength. heh.
