Saturday Sprints, on Sunday - Oct 26

This is a hold over Conditioning section from Thursday. 
Sprints
Complete 6 rounds:
Sprint 200 yards
*Rest 3:1 (rest:work) This means if it took you 30 seconds to sprint 200 meters, you would rest 90 seconds or a minute and half.

Walked to the bike path, not a good enough warm up. The first couple of reps felt wonky, but as I loosened up, they improved to simply heelstriking. 45-41's, on 3:00.

Today's work (or Saturday's, rather) was supposed to be:
Conditioning
Complete 5 rounds:
Each round consists of as many sets of the following as possible in 2 minutes:
Front Squats @ body weight – 3 reps
15′ Rope Climb – 1 rep
40 lbs Ball Slams – 10 reps
*Rest 60 seconds between rounds

... but no rope to climb, no ball slam ball. Not that I couldn't sub, but what would it look like? Front squats, pull ups, FtB?

8 hours - 2230/0630. 17 minutes total. PE: 8. 48 hours.
