Today should have been off, but missed yesterday. It's better if I take Wednesdays off.

Scaled for a 230# guy - should have used 235# but went with 255#. Some reps felt like they weren't going to go up. But hey, a bunch of heavy singles ... just what I need but would never program. This protocol is the thing.
Don't think I did any of the 5-rep pullups unbroken after the first round; the good news: did them on the fat bar.

In other news, the Body Solid bumpers I got through Amazon 3 weeks ago have already split along the edge. I figured they'd either suck or last forever. Suck, it is.
