It's a width from the backyard pad to the middle of the street, then a width down the street. Then back equals the full Gasser distance. Not a true football-field Gasser, but it does the ass-gassering job, trust you me.
Round 1: 8.10
Round 2: 7.59
230# today, felt mighty heavy when it shouldn't. Second set was actually easier to pull than the first - once again, mental barrier.
8 hours - 2230/0630. 19 minutes total. PE: 9. 24 hours.
