No boxes in the backyard box, just did a few broad jumps.

5x95/3x135/155/165/175/1 or 0x 185 - can't remember. Certainly wasn't going up though.

Conditioning
Squat 8×3 @ last set of 7 reps from Thursday
*Rest 3 minutes between sets. During the rest, complete the following:
Box Jumps @ 75% of 1 RM – 5 reps
Sprint 60 yards
26 mins, using 225#. Again, just doing broad jumps instead of the box jumps. 15 yards across the backyard, so the sprints were up-back-up-back line drills. Got more loose as the game went on ... really bound up on all three aspects during the early rounds.
7.5 hours - 2130/0500. 39 minutes total. PE: 8. 48 hours.
