Moving fast between NSTA Philly tear-down and Philly at Night double decker bus tour. If it weren't for burpees hanging over my head, I might not have.
Just banged out the burpees straight up. Call it 9.30. They're getting easier. But I still get gassed, the legs feel hollow, and damned if they don't make my right hip and lower back feel like a geriatric.
