The thrusters really took a toll at the bottom - teabagged them all. Then, gassed going into the pulls. Form broke down reps 6-8 on those, generally.

19.48; which, yeah, is way too long for this too, as I timed .39 on the last 12 burpees.
Pretty heavy volume today, or at least it felt like it with my ass dragging from yesterday. Back to back … to back. Wait until tomorrow.
