Starting with the antagonists these days. I did say that, didn't I?

Suck wind and spit sweat as needed.

Seems like I'm doing more volume than I should right now, but I just feel like it. Lower volume will come with heavier attempts soon, but hi-vol M days are on the horizon.

8.5 hours /20 hours. 27 minutes of work; PE: 8. 220/15.
