Death by Pullups to start off. Granted, I'm slow, and someday, I'm gonna work on my butterfly. Today, I was working on a brand-new bar on the half-cage at Anytime Fitness, and the pistol grip was so fresh and sharp, it felt like a cheese grater. So the pain on my hands was distracting. But I'm still feeling that the grip gives out before the lats and arms do. Anyway, 9 rounds +5. Lame.
