Stepped into the gym with the intention to get into some Heavy Hang Cleans or Clean n Press, followed by some of the regular Push n Pull. Two months into the Year of the Burpee (read: 20% finished in terms of time, muchmuchless than that in terms of reps) and the burpees are taking precedence. The buy in today took 25 minutes, and left me feeling like I was runnin' on empty.

Not that heavy, and I'm sure that the reps could be there for at least 10 per set, but I just had nothing left. Felt heavy, bloated and slow. Maybe something good is just about to happen … like morphing from tadpole to frog.
