Been a while since I've been able to do anything heavy. Gots rings in the back yard, but didn't use them this last weekend. Making up for that today.

4xmax reps (5's/6's) push press with 135#
4x17 burpees/
4x17-12 calves on the A-frame
Doesn't look like much there on the page, but burpees suck, and will continue to do so until the Lord calls us all home.
