So, today was going to be a double session, with this little mini-wod in the AM, and running alongside Boogie on the bike in the PM. Got this one logged, later in the day didn't happen.

Round one felt like a whole lot of squats, then I realized, I went all the way to 150 without subtracting. Senility cannot minus out. Didn't opt for the abmats on this today, and I liked it better.
