Wl - Power Hungry - Apr 20

Not much to say here. Just folding sets of 10 burpees into the entirety of today's workout. It's the spice of life.

Buy in:
3 rounds, no rests
21 hyperflexions with 12# ball/16 feet to bar/10 burpees

Antagonists:

11 ext/11 seated curl/10 burpees

4 rounds, no rests
13 calves on the A-frame @ 6/6 seated calves/10 burpees

Front squat @ 145#
3 sets: 6, 7, 8
These felt like God himself was pushing down on me with His little finger.
