Wa - Stop Steam Hammertime - Apr 13

21-15-9... that's 45 reps. That's normal volume. What the heck am I doing to myself at 60 reps and 55 reps, everytime I set out? Lord, have mercy.

Buy-in:
5x12 burpees/4x15 knees to elbows

Main set:
5x
12 chins on the v-bars/11 push press @ 115#/10 burpees
1 minute rest between rounds.

Doesn't look like much on paper. 'Til you (A.) do the math, (B.) do the friggin' workout, and/or (C.) do A. and B. on a day after double burpees and deadlifts. Somebody stop me.
