Ca/Wa - Still Off Schedule - Dec 14

21-15-9-5 pull ups/push press (135#). That took 20 minutes. Then cashing out with 3x2o reverse pushups/5x12 calves on the a-frame. Sweating pretty hard for a rest-as-you-go day. I'm still not 100%.

4 days. PE: 8. 218/12.
