Buy in, 3 Ceiling stompers/Yogi bikes with ghd's. 4 on the Ext/Curl hoists, just 10 repping. 3 8-reps sets of hang cleans with 115# ... these felt heavy. Finally, 5-plates on the hoist calve-press/super'ed with 2 plates on the seated. These are the days that are foundation for the epics.
