Yeah, well, so look for the upcoming post regarding overtraining/undertraining. It's not easy to get off the treadmill once it's running. AR today calling for jumping rope/stretching, but I'm still feeling like the right achilles is marginal. So, 3 x 15 Goblet Squats with 35# DB, 4 x max reps (read: 10) Feet to Bar, and 5 x 12 OV Squats with 45#. Overheads really want work.
8 hours/24 hours. PE: 3, 217/10 PM.
