Blew off the WoD yesterday to get well. Today did the workout as Rx'ed, but felt like crap ... again. 5 feet to bar/ghd's with the 8# ball. Then 4 dead-hang chins (8/6/5/4) repping out with drop-handle kip PU's//10 rep Push press with 105#. DB cleans with 55# for 3 of the 5 sets, then 45# for the last two. Whatever. Just taking a friggin' step forward, after two steps back this week.
