Wl - 4x10 All Day Long - Sept 23

Really, only 32 minutes. 4x10s on Ov Squats (53# on the junior bar with 10s)/ext/curls. Just a warm up for the main set of 4x10s Deads with 205#.

I'm trying to up the ante until I see what my 3/5/10 RMs really look like. 4x14 on the calf press, and on my way.

Tomorrow's off schedule, with some short metcon (I'll dream it up overnight), nada on Friday, and the Lighthouse Century on Saturday.

Finished off 2 Base cycles, and looking for what's next. I'm giving it deep thought, lost sleep putting some of the new periods together last night. Full year schedule, periodized, coming soon.
