Wl - A day early - Sept 14

The flip side of being a day early on this Wl day is being a day late for Saturday's M, and Sunday's S days. Today was an AR day, but spent the weekend doing yard work, recovering from VillageFest and moving boxes into the house next door for the fam. OV squats with 45#, doing them until the arms released and felt right. Ext/Curls with as much as I could handle, 5 sets... Front Squats 5 sets of 10 at 135#. Seated calves, 3 sets.

7+2/72 hours. PE: 5, if Walker wasn't there keepin' me down, woulda been a 6.
