Welcome to Thrusterfest 2009. 3 sets of flutterkicks and leg lifts on the floor/ghds to buy in, then put the 35s on the bar, lowered a decline bench to the ground, and super'ed chin ups with 6 (generally 8-rep) sets of thrusters with a focus to topping out with a good push-press. 115# felt heavy for the arms, not heavy for the legs, but why ain't this thing coming off the bottom more easily? Chinning on the rack, but repping out by using the gravitron with 25# assist. Basic antagonists, but man, each round of thrusters left me needing a blow before getting up to chin. I suck.
8.20 hours/31 hours. PE: 7. 213/15.
