Wednesday night regular, with a buttload of miller-abouts in the downtown BodyX. 4 supersetted Ext/Curls - going heavy, then 4 supersetted Front Squats @ 135#/lunges with 20# DBs 10 reps. Then supersetted A-frame Calves/Seated calves.
Followed it up with the Tuna melt on Rye with a double order of onion rings in the FP Cafe - then a big ass muddy tire with Walker at home.
