Some ceiling stompers/Ghd with the 6# ball/easy leg curls with 90#. I'm a little freaked by the hamstrings, they feel like they're unraveling during the first sets. I know they're more limber than that. It's just weerd. And painful. And unsettling for one as young as I pretend to be.
21-15-9-5 rotations through kipping pull ups/dips/105# push press. The sets kinda partition down to 12/9, 8/7, 5/4, and a stretch to bust all 5. Supposed to be higher volume with the extra 5 reps, and the double push exercises. Uh, yeah, it was.
